Noone ever knows beforehand what the destiny has in store for them, and noone wants to deal with attorneys on health or accidents matters, still there sometimes occur such events when you can’t but contact an injury lawyer. Brooklyn abounds in old buildings that are not very safe and quite often get on fire, hence the victims should know were to seek legal help should such accidents take place.
A three-story brownstone home in Brooklyn caught fire early Monday morning around 4:30 AM. The house is located at Putnam Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant .
Firefighters responded to emergency calls after a fire broke out starting at the top floor of the home. One victim had to shimmy down a rope to escape the fire and another was carried out of the home by firefighter Peter Demontreux.
Six people were treated at the scene of the fire for minor injures, another three were taken to a hospital for severe smoke inhalation and burns, and four fire fighters were injured.
